Hard Bread Potato Pancakes

If you have leftover stale bread, you don’t have to throw it away, you can use it for toast, or try the bread potato cake in this recipe.

Procedure:
1. Cut the hard bread into regular slices, cut off the crusts, pour the rest into a bowl, pour milk over it and let it soften
2. Squeeze out the soaked bread, add the egg and other ingredients as for the classic potato pancake, also chopped onion and finely chopped sausage, mix, add salt
3. Pour the resulting mass with a ladle into the hot fat, fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown 4. Serve with tea and vegetable salad.
