Fried portions of carp, topped with cheese mixture, baked.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Salt both portions of carp and fry both sides in oil
2. Stir the grated cheese into the beaten egg, a little crushed dried parsley and a little salt
3. Place the roasted portions of carp in a buttered baking dish, pour over the prepared mixture 4. Quickly bake in a heavily heated oven.
