1/2 kg zander 40 g root Vegetable Recipes 150 g ketchup 1 pk bay leaf to taste salt a little whole black pepper to taste vinegar

1. Cut the cleaned pike into larger pieces and place in boiling water to which you have added the chopped Vegetable Recipes, bay leaf, salt, whole peppercorns and vinegar. 2. Boil for about 10 min and leave to cool in the broth. 3. Remove, pour ketchup on top and serve with bread.
