Ham stuffed with bryndza

Bryndza wrapped in slices of ham, fried until golden brown, coated in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.

Procedure:
1. Fill the ham slices with bryndza, roll
2. Coat the rolls in flour, beaten, lightly salted eggs and breadcrumbs
3. Fry them golden brown on all sides in well heated oil.
Recommendation:
Serve the ham rolls prepared in this way with slices of white bread and, for example, carrot salad.
