Ham slices filled with cheese cream, covered with gelatin, served after the gelatin has set, preferably with fresh bread.

Ingredients:

300 g of ham 1 packet of powdered gelatin 3 tablespoons horseradish 3 pieces Lucina cheese cream

Procedure:

  • Place the cheese in a bowl, add a little cream, add the grated fresh horseradish and mix everything thoroughly
  • Smear the ham slices with the cheese mixture, roll them up and arrange them in the venison loin mould.
  • Pour lukewarm aspic over the rolls (prepare the aspic according to the instructions on the packaging) and leave in the fridge to set.

    • Recommendation:

    Serve as an appetizer with bread, garnished with Vegetable Recipes.
