Ham Dumplings for Soup

Great soup insert for beef, poultry, vegetable or other broth.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Mix a knob of butter with 1 egg yolk
2. Add finely chopped ham, pre-soaked, softened bun in milk, chopped parsley, snow from one egg white, salt and pepper
3. Mix everything thoroughly in a bowl, thicken with breadcrumbs if necessary
4. Form the dough into small dumplings, boil them in slightly salted water or directly in broth, cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on the size.
