Sliced ham slices sauteed in butter, served topped with sauteed mushrooms.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the ham into slices about 1 cm thick, fry them on both sides in hot butter
2. Clean the mushrooms, slice them and fry them in melted bacon and simmer them with wine and ketchup
3. Season with pepper and salt
4.
Recommendation:
Serve with fresh bread.
