Halloween muffins

Muffins baked with pumpkin puree and other ingredients, decorated with Halloween motifs.

Ingredients:

Indication for approx: 1 cup of flour 1 cup 1/2 cup brown cane sugar 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup cream 12% 1/3 cup raisins 4 tablespoons chopped butter 2 tsp baking powder or baking soda 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg 1/4 tsp ground ginger imgredients suitable for decorating (marzipan, buttercream, various toppings …)

Procedure:

1. Mix all ingredients and spices and incorporate into pumpkin puree
2. Fill the pastry cups with the mixture and put them in a muffin tin and bake in an oven heated to 180 °C, bake for about 25 minutes (the baked dough does not stick to a skewer or knife and is yellow-orange)
