Hail and lentil spread
ingredients
1 cup red lentils 1 cup cooked grits pcs spring onion 2 cloves garlic 1 handful of flaked Nori seaweed pcs salt, sprouts, greens for garnish

We have prepared a healthy spread.
1.
Cook the barley groats and red lentils separately. Let cool.
2.
Clean the onion (young) and garlic and cut into pieces.
3.
Place everything in a chopper or blender, add nori flakes and blend until smooth.Add salt.
4.
Serve with sprouts, we had alfalfa sprouts (somewhere it says alpha-alpha) and a vegetable garnish, on bread, whole wheat, plain, or even rice bread.
