Chicken cut into larger cubes, marinated with onions and hot peppers in vinegar brine. A great snack for beer along with fresh bread.

Ingredients:

Range for one jar: about 500 g of chicken jerky (smaller package) 2 pcs medium sized onions 1-2 pcs pepperoni water ocet appropriate jar with cap

Procedure:

Unwrap and cut the print into larger pieces

Cut the peeled onion into small pieces

Remove the pith from the pepperoni, cut into strips

.Place the cubes of the pancake in the jar alternately with the onion pieces, add the pepperoni strips

Fill the jar two-thirds full with vinegar, top up the rest, up to the top, with clean water

Cap and leave in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
