Gulášová čorba

Chorba is actually a kind of Bulgarian goulash prepared from cubes of prime beef, onions, tomato puree, potatoes and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Clean and rinse the meat thoroughly under cold running water, then cut it into smaller pieces
2. Chop the onion finely and fry it in a pot in heated oil
3. Add the meat, fry it and sprinkle with ground paprika
4. Add tomato paste and pour in broth or water
5. Add salt, bay leaf, cumin and pepper, cover and simmer over low heat until the meat is almost tender
6. Peel and cut the potatoes into smaller pieces, add them to the pot with the meat and cook everything together until tender
7. Season the dish with salt and crushed garlic
