Procedure:
1. Stir the semolina into the boiling milk, season with salt, and cook to a reasonably thick slurry
2. On plates, sweeten the porridge with honey or sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and spread with butter.
Recommendation:
Sometimes the porridge is not stirred and poured over the milk.
