1. Place oil, fresh lemon juice, pepper and salt in the bottom of a bowl. Arrange the tilapia fillets. Repeat the process – oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt and cumin. 2. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 3. Heat a frying pan, add butter. 4. Add fresh rosemary and marinated tilapia fillets. 5. Add diced red and green bell peppers. Sauté the tilapia for 3 minutes on each side. 6. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Serve immediately. 7. The fish tastes best with zucchini fries. Full video instructions here:
