Grilled salmon is a delicious and quick treat for those who love fish. Especially grilled ones.
1. Remove the salmon fillet in one piece from the scales (with a vegetable peeler from tail to head) and cut into smaller pieces, which are lightly sprinkled with cumin and drizzled with lemon juice. Do not salt until after grilling so that the fillets are not dry. 2. Pour a little Pomace olive oil into the grill pan and place the salmon pieces skin side down. Grill over high heat for about 6 minutes. Then turn them skin side up and grill for 3-4 minutes more. Only now season lightly with salt. 3. Serve with rocket and olive salad. Wash the arugula, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, add the black olives and toss lightly. And potatoes cooked in the skin. Enjoy!
