Grilled Sailor’s Roast

Sliced slices of roast beef, pan seared, served garnished with smoked meat and horseradish, garnished with poached egg, salmon or caviar.

Procedure:
1. 1. Fry the prepared sprats in oil, on both sides, until golden brown
3. Remove the soft meat from the pan, fry the fat, dust with flour, fry, pour in the broth, boil
4. Pour a small amount of juice over the meat on the plates, garnish each portion with smoked meat and sprinkle with freshly grated horseradish
5. At the end of the meal, place a poached egg on each spit, garnish with salmon or caviar, add a drizzle of oil and a strip of caper.
Recommendation:
Serve the meat as prepared, for example with fried chips and vegetable salad.
