1,5 kg pork ribs 1 KL salt 1 KL black ground pepper 2 KL sweet paprika 75 ml rapeseed oil Raciol
Marinade
1 dl beer 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp sweet ground paprika 4 tbsp ketchup
step
1.
Mix together the spices and oil, rub over the ribs, wrap in foil, let rest for an hour. Then put the wrapped ribs on the grill and grill slowly.

During grilling, turn the ribs over to cook through on both sides.

When they are almost done, unwrap them, brush them thoroughly with the marinade and put them on the grill to finish cooking.
4.
Serve the grilled ribs with toasted bread, horseradish, mustard, pickles or mutton horns.
