1 kg early potatoes
Marinade
100 ml olive oil 50 ml water 2 KL full fat mustard 8 cloves garlic 1 KL salt 5 KL ground red sweet paprika 2 KL curry pepper 1 KL turmeric 2 KL Provençal pepper

1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly (do not peel) and cut into quarters. 2. Go into boiling salted water for 3 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, make a marinade with all the ingredients listed above. 4. Mix and coat the cooked potatoes in it. 5. Leave to rest for 2-3 minutes and transfer to a baking tray. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees. 6. Bon appetit!
