Cooked polenta, grilled, brushed with oil, ready to serve, topped with honey.

1. Prepare the polenta according to the instructions on the package
2. Pour the cooked polenta onto a baking tray lined with baking paper or greased with oil, spread it to 1 cm high and leave to cool
3. Cut triangles out of the cooled polenta and grill them brushed with oil for about 15 minutes and then pour a little melted honey over the finished polenta.
Recommendation:
You can also grill polenta salted, rubbed with oil and garlic or your favorite herb marinade, and then it is suitable as a side dish with meat.
