Grilled fruit with mascarpone

2 kg melon 6 pcs peach 3 tbsp oil Raciol lemon, basil 200 g Mascarpone cheese 100 g white cream yoghurt 2 tbsp honey pcs juice and zest of 1 lime pcs mint leaves

Cut the melon into thick slices (about 1,5 cm) and then into quarters. Halve the peaches and remove the stone. Brush the fruit with oil and grill on both sides for about 3 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone and cream. Add honey, juice and zest of lime and mix well.
3.
Serve the grilled fruit with the mascarpone cream and sprinkle with fresh mint leaves for garnish.
