Grilled eggplant cut into smaller pieces, served with seasoned sardines in oil.

1. Sliced, grilled eggplant, let it drain, cut it into smaller pieces, add sardines, which we rinse in water and dry on a paper towel
2. Mix the sardines gently with the eggplant, add finely chopped garlic, season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Recommendation:
Serve with fresh baguette.
