Grilled chicken wings with vegetable salad

500 g chicken wings 4 tsp barbecue seasoning 4 tbsp chilli oil 3 pcs larger radish 1 pcs iceberg lettuce

This recipe is also suitable for a Sunday lunch.

Clean and pat dry the chicken wings, add the oil and barbecue seasoning, mix well and leave to rest preferably overnight in the fridge. Place the prepared wings on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 190° for about 45 minutes. Then turn on the grill function and grill for another 10 minutes.

Clean the lettuce, along with the radish, chop any you like, season with olive oil, salt, four-spice, lime and you’re done.
