Grilled Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce

Sliced chicken breast marinated in a spicy marinade, then grilled on the grill as skewers, served with homemade peanut sauce.

Ingredients:

Rule for 2 servings: 2 pcs skinless chicken breast Marinade: 2 g grated ginger 1 tbsp soy sauce (Kikkoman) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp cane sugar 1/4 tsp ground coriander on the tip of a knife ground chilli Peanut sauce: 1/2 pcs onions 100-120 ml coconut milk (in can) 2 tablespoons (50 g) fine peanut butter 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp cane sugar 1 tsp soy sauce pinch of ground chilli salt

Procedure:

Slice the chicken breast lengthwise into thicker strips

In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the marinade and mix the meat with the marinade

Place covered with cling film in the fridge for 2 hours

At least half an hour before grilling, place skewers in water, finely chop the onion

In a saucepan heat the oil and slowly fry the onions until golden, add the other ingredients for the sauce and heat through

Thread the meat onto a skewer and grill until golden on both sides, it will only take a few minutes

Serve with peanut sauce and sprinkle with spring onions or peanuts on the plate.
