Grilled Chicken Pita Sandwich Recipe

My chicken pita bread sandwich holds people back more. Piquant, soft slices of pita with marinated chicken breast and veggies make it a lunchtime snack.
Pita bread is served at almost every meal in the Middle East. It can be used for dipping or as a pocket for making delicious sandwiches. In the Middle East, pita is made in a brick oven where very high heat can be achieved. It is very difficult to replicate in the kitchen, but this recipe with high heat is very close.

What you’ll need
4 animals Pita bread (halved) 1 onion (sliced, red or yellow) 1 tomato (chopped) 1 cucumber (sliced thin) For the chicken: 2 pounds chicken breasts (trim off all visible fat) 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped) 1/4 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
How to make it
In a medium bowl, combine all chicken ingredients and allow to marinate for at least two hours. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cut about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thin.
Pour 3 to 4 glasses of olive oil in a medium skillet. Heat over medium-high and add the chicken. Cook the chicken for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally to evenly cook it.
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken with the Vegetable Recipes. Add desired sauce or seasoning.
Use desired amount.
Heat pita bread in oven or microwave. Serve with pita chicken and Vegetable Recipes.
Serve immediately with French fries .
