Grilled chicken breast on sticks

500 g chicken breast 50 ml olive oil 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp orange juice 2 tbsp orange juice 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 2 cloves garlic pcs salt pcs ground black pepper

Grilled meat is not to be missed at any summer event. Sticks to skewer the meat on are a great helper. The meat can then be eaten with your hands and no one gets dirty
1. Wash the chicken and cut it into slices about 4 cm thick. Season the meat with salt and pepper. 2. Prepare the marinade. Mix the oil with the honey, worcestershire sauce and orange juice. Add the crushed garlic, stir and add salt to taste. 3. Soak the chicken pieces in the marinade and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours. 4. Thread the chicken breast pieces onto chopsticks or skewers. 5. Grill on both sides for about 4 minutes.
