Simple recipe for grilled chicken breast cutlets. They are wrapped in smoked cured ham and can be served with mustard dip.
1.
Turn the oven to the grill function and preheat to 250 °C.
2.
Press the cleaned garlic cloves and mix with olive oil.
3.
Wash the chicken breasts and cut crosswise with a knife to make thinner steaks. Season lightly with salt and pepper, place in the garlic oil and leave to rest for a while.
4.
Make the dip. Put the yoghurt, mustard and strained garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with oregano and mix thoroughly.
5.
Wrap each chicken steak in smoked ham, rub with the remaining garlic oil and place on a greased baking sheet in the oven under a hot grill. Grill at 250 °C for about 12 minutes on one side and about 10 minutes on the other side until crispy. However, you can also grill on an outdoor grill.
6.
Serve with garlic dip and homemade bread. Enjoy!
