There is not so much difference between camembert and hermelin – in Slovakia, mould and encian, except that hermelin is a bit stiffer and better for grilling.

Cheese packaging. They sell it with cheese seasoning already.

Cheese can either be baked in a pan or in the oven. If in the oven, remove the cheese from the aluminum wrapping and wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 min.

If in a pan , then unwrap the cheese from the aluminum foil, brush with oil and spices.

Place the foil on the pan and fry the cheese on each side for about 3 -5 min. The advantage is that the pan will not get dirty and the cheese will not burn.

When the cheese is done, carefully fold it over so it doesn’t melt. Serve with chips and in my case a mix of homemade jam (blackberries, raspberries , currants)
