40 g lard 1/2 pk onion 30 g plain flour 1,5 liters broth 200 g green peas 20 g semolina to taste salt, ground pepper

Fry the onion in the lard, add the flour, fry, pour in the stock, season with salt and pepper, add the peas and cook. When the peas are soft, add the semolina and boil. Stir the soup. Season with pepper and salt.
