1/2 kg green beans 1 pk onion 1 tbsp flour 1/4 liter broth 1 pk tomato puree to taste salt, vinegar, sugar, butter
procedure
1. Fry the chopped onion in butter. Add the chopped beans, fry, pour a little broth and simmer. 2. Add the puree and simmer. Pour in the broth. Finally, thicken with flour. Season everything with vinegar and sugar.
