Greek-style mushrooms

Cold served sauteed mushrooms with Vegetable Recipes.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Stew cleaned, finely chopped carrots and onions in 2 tablespoons of heated oil, pour in wine, add salt, bay leaf, a pinch of thyme, pepper and crushed garlic
2. Next, add the cleaned mushrooms, cut into smaller pieces, steamed, peeled and chopped tomatoes, stir and simmer everything for about a quarter of an hour until the mushrooms soften
3. Cool the mixture, remove the spices, stir in the remaining oil, sprinkle finely chopped parsley and serve.
