Greek omelette

The Greek omelette defies the flavours of the island nation; there’s feta, red onion and herbs. Karparians will be particularly pleased with this tasty omelette.
Ingredients for two
4 eggs (organic, so you don’t taste fishmeal);) 100g feta cheese 1 small red onion 10 cherry tomatoes 1 handful of chopped herbs 1 teaspoon of pepper
Break the eggs and mix in a bowl. Season with pepper. Stir in myös feta cheese.
Chop the cherry tomatoes and gently place them in myös bowl.
Peel and slice the red onion as thinly as you can.
Lämmitä the pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Sprinkle myös onions over the surface.
You can cook the coagulating edges in the middle of the omelette for the first minute. Flatten the omelette and bake over a low heat. Be careful not to overcook the bottom.
