A great potato side dish that you can feel free to serve as a separate course. It is a TOP choice for us.
1.
Clean and thinly slice the potatoes.
2.
In a bowl, mix the whipping cream and cooking cream. You can also replace the cooking cream with milk. Add salt, ground black pepper and a teaspoon of nutmeg. Mix well.
3.
Brush the bottom and sides with the salted garlic and then brush with the butter. Put a little of the prepared cream on the bottom.
4.
Place the potatoes in layers, giving each tier a little salt and pepper. Continue like this until the potatoes are gone.
5.
Pour the cream over everything and place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for approximately 70 minutes.
6.
Serve with chives. Bon appetit.
