I was at a friend’s house to pick dark grapes. We didn’t eat it, so I made a fantastic jam. It will be for baking, and for bread.
1.
I picked the grapes. I remove the stems. I wash it and then put it in the frying pan. I sprinkle some of the sugar(100g) I cook until they are cooked.
2.
I press the cooked grapes through a sieve so that there are neither skins nor pips in the jam. I prepare Gelfix
3.
I prepare Gelfix Extra, it is a preparation for cooking jam for 1kg of fruit and 500g of sugar. As I have already put some(100g) in the cooking, I mix the preparation with 400g of sugar and after cooking the resulting mixture for a short time, I pour this preparation into the cooking and cook for another 5mins, stirring all the time. The jam will thicken nicely.
4.
I wash and dry my jars.
5.
I fill the jars with the jam while still hot , cap them when full, turn them upside down and let them cool.
