Combined with low-carbohydrate cognac rice, you will serve everyone a delicious lunch in a fit version. What’s more, our recipe is designed for true connoisseurs.
1.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and fry the onions in it until they get a glassy consistency. Add garlic, chilli, fresh chilli, sweet chilli, cinnamon and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the minced beef and fry till browned.
2.
After about 8 minutes, add the canned tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato puree and stir. Lower the heat so the mixture is just bubbling, cover with a lid and let cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.
Finally, add the chocolate and rinsed canned beans, stir and allow to bubble for another 10 minutes. Taste and season with a little more chilli if necessary. Stir thoroughly, cover again with a lid and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse the Slim Pasta Rice twice under cold water, reheat and serve with the mixture.
4.
If you like herbs, add fresh coriander to the meat mixture.
