Excellent soup suitable as a main dish.

Soak the beans the day before.

Fry chopped onion in lard, add chopped pork, fry, add salt, pepper and red pepper.

When the meat is pulled, put the smoked meat and the bone and the soaked beans and the water in which they urinated, the green pepper cut into cubes and the tomato that we have steamed, which we have removed the skin.
