Goulash with peas

3 pcs onion 3 tbsp lard 600 g beef 2 tsp ground sweet paprika to taste salt 1/2 tsp cumin 2 tbsp plain flour 100 g sterilised peas 3 pcs potatoes 2 tbsp tomato puree 2 pcs sterilised cucumber 1 tbsp mustard to taste vegeta 1/2 tsp curry pepper 3 cloves garlic
procedure

Fry finely chopped onion in lard. Add the cubed meat and fry, stirring constantly, until the meat is dark and the juices have evaporated completely.

Remove the meat from the stove, add the ground paprika, stir and immediately pour a little hot water over it. Put the pot back on the stove, add salt, cumin and simmer at a moderate temperature under a lid until almost tender.

Let the juice evaporate completely, dust with flour, fry briefly. When the meat is almost tender, add the peas, peeled diced potatoes, 2 tablespoons of tomato puree, 2 finely chopped sterilized cucumbers, season with a teaspoon of mustard, veggies and curry pepper and simmer until tender.

Season the stew with garlic rubbed with a little salt and simmer briefly.
