Goulash with beans

3 pcs onion 3 tbsp lard 600 g beef 2 tsp ground sweet paprika to taste salt 1/2 tsp cumin 2 tbsp plain flour 1/2 tsp marjoram 3 cloves garlic 200 g cooked beans a little sour cream

Fry the finely chopped onion in the lard. Add the cubed meat and fry, stirring constantly, until the meat is dark and the juices have evaporated completely.

Remove the meat from the stove, add the ground paprika, stir and immediately pour a little hot water over it. Put the pot back on the stove, add salt, cumin and simmer at a moderate temperature under a lid until almost tender.

Let the juice evaporate completely, dust with flour, fry briefly, cover and simmer until tender. Season the meat with marjoram, garlic rubbed with a little salt.

Before boiling, add the pre-cooked beans and serve with a spoonful of sour cream and bread.
