Procedure:
1. 1. fry the peeled and finely chopped onions in hot fat until nicely browned
2. Add the minced meat and fry it, stirring occasionally
3. Dust the mixture with paprika, salt, pepper, stir and then pour hot water
4. Add coarsely grated, cleaned Vegetable Recipes, diced peeled potatoes, peppercorns, let it cook for about 25 minutes on low heat until the potatoes are soft, stir occasionally
5. Stir the flour into a small amount of cold water to thicken the soup
6. Boil the soup for a few minutes, season with crushed garlic, marjoram, pepper and salt, simmer for a few more minutes.
