Procedure:
1. Cut the meat into smaller pieces, fry it in the fried onion
2. After about 10 minutes, dust the pan with plain flour, pour a little water, add salt and simmer for a while, stirring occasionally
3. Add water and cook the meat until semi-soft
4. When the meat is semi-soft, add the diced potatoes, ground paprika, ground pepper, cumin and garlic rubbed with salt and cook over low heat until the potatoes and meat are tender.
Recommendation:
In the summer you can add 2 chopped tomatoes and finely chopped peppers while cooking.
