Pork stew, garnished with roasted beans, topped with sour cream.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. 1. Add the meat cut into equal sized cubes, tomato paste and crushed garlic
3. Season with salt and pepper and simmer under a lid on a small flame, stirring occasionally and basting with stock as needed, until tender
4. Finally, season the stew with crushed garlic, ground pepper, salt and thicken with saltpeter, or rather with plain flour mixed in a little cold water
5. Simmer the cleaned beans in lightly salted water until tender
6. When serving, garnish the portions of the goulash with them, arranged on individual plates
8. Finally, top the goulash on the plates with sour cream and serve with bread.
