Gothaj in Mustard Batter

Wrapped sausage in a batter of flour, white wine, milk, whole grain mustard and eggs.

Procedure:
1. Peel the gothai, cut into 1.5 cm wide slices, cut them in half
2. Mix the milk with the eggs (keep one egg white aside) until smooth, season lightly with pepper, add salt
3. Add the wine and mustard to the mixture and finally stir in the flour
4. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt into a stiff snow, stir into the batter
5. Coat the individual slices of sausage and fry them in hot oil until golden brown
6. Place the fried slices in the prepared baking dish in which the fried gothaj is still baked in the oven at a temperature of about 140 °C, bake for about 15 minutes.
Recommendation:
Serve the dish with variously prepared potatoes and pickles or vegetable salad.
