Gnocchi with spinach

Italian gnocchi pasta served with sauteed spinach leaves seasoned with cream and Gorgonzola cheese.

Procedure:
1. 1. Add roughly chopped garlic, roughly chopped spinach leaves and butter
3. Simmer everything for about 3 minutes, season with pepper and salt, then remove the pan from the heat source
4. Cook the gnocchi in slightly salted water al dente, so called to taste
5. Put the pan with the spinach back on the heat source, add the cream and half of the gorgonzola, stir and heat slightly, be careful not to boil!
6. Add the cooked and thoroughly drained gnocchi to the finished spinach and mix with the remaining gorgonzola
