Gnocchi with spinach and smoked salmon

Simplified spinach with smoked salmon, served with cooked potato gnocchi.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. In a frying pan, in heated butter, let the peeled, finely chopped onions brown
2. Add the thawed squeezed spinach, peeled crushed garlic cloves and simmer for about 3 minutes
3. Pour in the cream, add salt and heat through, then remove from the heat and add the chopped salmon
4. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packaging, then drain and serve topped with the spinach sauce and salmon.
Note:
You can buy hot gnocchi in the supermarket pasta aisle or in the refrigerated section near the ready meals.
