15 pcs potatoes 3 pcs egg 5 cloves garlic 10 tbsp gluten-free flour salt black pepper ground pepper for potato pancakes

Peel the potatoes, mash them on a grater with the onion and garlic
2.
Add egg, salt, potato seasoning and ground black pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and batch about 1.5 tbsp of the mixture at a time.
4.
Spread on a baking tray to about 3 cm thickness.

Bake in the pan for about 1 minute on each side.
6.
In the oven bake at 180°C – 30 minutes.
7.
Serve with milk, cream, ketchup and fried bacon.
