1. Add the minced meat, salt, black pepper and onion fried in lard with garlic to the boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix everything well. Make larger balls. 2. Stir 5 tbsp of plain flour into the boiling water, but stir the flour in a little cold water beforehand. Bring to the boil and boil the balls in the water. 3.
