Garlic soup, which tasted the whole family.

Put the peeled and sliced potatoes in a pot with the broth and bay leaves, cover with water and bring to a simmer. Set aside with the broth.

Fry the chopped onion in oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped garlic and fry briefly.

Add the mushrooms cut into strips and sauté for about 7-8 minutes until the mushrooms release their water and then sauté briefly.

Add the sautéed mushrooms to the cooked potatoes, season with salt and pepper, add water as needed and bring to a boil.
5.
Finally thicken with potato starch, boil for 3 minutes and set aside. Serve with bread croutons.
