Garlic Chicken with Green Beans

Roasted chicken cut up, served garnished with steamed beans.

Procedure:
1. 1. Place the baking dish with the chicken in a preheated oven, bake at 200 °C for about 60 minutes, turn the chicken halfway through baking and finish baking until tender, basting occasionally with the juices and basting with water as needed
3. Rinse the beans, remove the fibres, cut them into smaller pieces, fry them in hot oil, then pour a little water over them and simmer until tender
4. Season the beans with vinegar, sugar, salt, stir in the dill, halved tomatoes and heat briefly
5. Cut the chicken, garnish with the beans and serve, for example, with boiled potatoes.
