Garlic Chicken II

Chicken rubbed with rubbed garlic, drizzled with lemon juice, with potatoes roasted until tender, served with roasted Vegetable Recipes.

Procedure:
1. Rinse the cleaned chicken, pat dry, rub with peeled garlic cloves rubbed with salt, sprinkle lightly with pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and leave to rest for 30 minutes
2. Then brush the chicken with herb butter, cover with peeled small potato chips and bake, covered, for about 45 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken), basting occasionally with the fat and basting with water as needed, uncover at the end and bake until golden brown
4. In the meantime, peel, rinse and slice all the Vegetable Recipes, add them to boiling salted water and boil for about 2 minutes, drain, leave to drain and then in a pan in heated oil, briefly fry the Vegetable Recipes, add the sesame seeds
5. Divide the spiced chicken with Vegetable Recipes on plates, garnish with potato chips and pour the broth over everything.
