Garlic Brussels sprouts with bacon and herbs recipe

2 servings 350 g Brussels sprouts, cleaned of unsightly leaves 300 – salt ground pepper 3 cloves garlic to taste and size of cloves 2 – 150 g English bacon or Moravian bacon, vá halova…. approximately oil or salted rosemary or thyme, parsley… to taste
Recipe preparation
1 Place the cabbage in boiling salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes depending on the size of the cabbage, then drain, cool quickly in iced water and leave to wilt. Add the well-drained cabbage, chopped garlic, chopped bacon, chopped herbs, salt and pepper to a frying pan with a little melted fat and cook, stirring, until golden. 2 The cabbage can be served as a main dish with potatoes or as a vegetable side dish with minute, roasted or grilled meat.
