Ingredients
For 12 servings 250 g buckwheat flour 500 ml of water 1 tbsp sea salt 2 tbsp salt for roasting 12 eggs
Recipe preparation
1 Sieve the flour into a bowl, beat in the eggs, add the salt and gradually stir in the water until it forms a liquid dough. Let it rest for at least 2 hours but preferably overnight. Whisk again. Heat a frying pan and add. 2 Preheat the pan and grease it with oil. Put a ladleful of batter on it and prepare another pan in which to form the ‘bull’s eyes’ with the eggs. 3 If the edges of the pancake have browned, turn it over and add a slice of ham. Place an egg on top and fold the edges of the pancake so that the egg is in the window. 4 Enjoy! :-).
