Cesto: Make a whipped cream with egg whites and a pinch of salt. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy. Add the milk, oil, lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix well and add the flour. Gently stir in the baking powder. Finally, stir in the hand-prepared snow.

Pour the dough onto a baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 170 degrees.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Whip the whipping cream and the thickener together. In a bowl, stir together the cottage cheese and vanilla sugar. Add the cream and let the cream cool.

Coat the baked dough with lemon juice and icing sugar to make it nice and smooth. Spread the cooled cream and decorate with grated chocolate and lemon zest.
